Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: September 28, 2025 at 8:00:00 p.m. EDT

Draw
Dine Out Raffle draw: September 28, 2025 at 9:00:00 p.m. EDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 606 Dundas St E Waterdown ON L8B 0G7

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://eaglesnest.rafflenexus.com/winners on September 28, 2025.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Eagle’s Nest Association of Waterdown.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Eagle’s Nest Association of Waterdown or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Eagle’s Nest Association of Waterdown does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: events@eaglesnestwaterdown.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other

Please email our team at events@eaglesnestwaterdown.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
